Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Beachquest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Beachquest will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
It is the buyers responsibility to check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Beachquest is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.
If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
